What you'll do

What you'll need

• Previous deli or fresh food experience, ideally at supervisory or management level
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP principles
• Experience in stock control, ordering and waste management
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
