Questions
Do I need an account or password?
No. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Your dashboard shows your jobs, applicants and payments.
How often can I post free?
One job every 30 days. It stays open for 14 days or until 10 people apply. Closing it early doesn't reset the 30 days, but Boosting it does: a Boosted job no longer uses your free job. Need more? A monthly plan lets you post up to 10 jobs at once.
When am I charged?
Only when you buy something, and only once: a Boost, Premium or pack is paid by card at checkout. Nothing is charged later, ever. Plans are charged monthly in advance until you cancel.
What if my Boost doesn't get many applicants?
If a Boosted or Premium job gets fewer than 5 applications in 14 days, we add a free Boost credit to your account automatically. A free Boost is Featured on the site and in job alerts for 30 days; it doesn't include a Facebook/Instagram ad. If something goes wrong with your first purchase, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
Can I Boost a job I've already posted free?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. A free job that has closed (after 14 days or 10 applicants) reopens for 30 days when you Boost it.
How do I cancel a plan?
In your dashboard, one tap. The plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
What can't be posted?
Jobs that ask applicants to pay anything, contact-only-by-WhatsApp ads, and wording that discriminates (for example by age or gender). We check every job before it goes live.
I'm a recruitment agency
You're welcome. Agencies use the Agency or Agency Plus plan; Agency Plus can import your jobs from your applicant tracking system.
