About the role

An individual contributor role in GitLab's Talent Acquisition team, hiring go-to-market teams that drive company growth. The recruiter owns searches from intake to offer, builds diverse sourcing plans and acts as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders. The team is globally distributed and remote-first.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle searches for sales, customer success and sales operations roles
• Lead intake and kickoff meetings to agree role scope and timelines
• Assess sales candidates on quota attainment and deal complexity
• Build diversity-focused sourcing plans balancing passive and referral talent
• Run offer conversations explaining base pay and on-target earnings

What you'll need

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets
• Developing advisor skills with stakeholder trust and influence
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse
• Strong organisation across multiple requisitions and time zones

Nice to have

• Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience
• Technology or B2B software recruiting experience
