Business Analyst (Automation & AI)

About the role

Business Analyst role in Musgrave's AI & Automation function, reporting to the AI Programme Manager. The focus is on automation initiatives, with some support for AI use cases. The role works with cross-functional delivery teams across Musgrave's retail and foodservice businesses in Ireland.

What you'll do

• Lead in-person requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews with business teams
• Map As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN
• Assess processes for automation suitability, volumes, exceptions and risks
• Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps or Jira
• Deliver in-person Automation and AI training sessions for business colleagues

What you'll need

• Experience as a business analyst or in a similar requirements role
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Practical knowledge of automation platforms and technologies

Nice to have

• Participation in hackathons and innovation activities
