About the role

A full-time deli assistant role in the fresh food department of a MAXOL convenience store in Clonakilty, run by The Cantillon Group, a Cork convenience retailer. The role supports the store management team in daily department operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare food products in the fresh food department
• Create hot and cold customer orders
• Keep food displays neat and to company standards
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
• Keep the food area clean and operational from setup to closing
