About the role

GitLab is a DevSecOps platform company. This individual contributor role in its Research & Development Talent Acquisition team sources and hires engineers and product managers. The recruiter owns searches from intake through to close and advises hiring teams.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle searches for engineering and product roles in Greenhouse
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations with hiring teams
• Assess technical candidates on experience, impact and problem-solving
• Build diversity-focused sourcing plans across technical communities
• Run offer and compensation conversations with candidates
• Use funnel metrics and market data to shape search strategy

What you'll need

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive technical talent markets
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools
• Strong organisation across multiple requisitions
• Clear written and verbal communication across time zones

Nice to have

• Technical recruiting experience or strong interest in engineering and product disciplines
• Experience recruiting for DevSecOps, developer tools or open source software
