About the role

Full-time Deli Manager post at Kernans Spar Tullygay Newmills in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The role covers day-to-day running of the deli and fresh food section, with a focus on customer service and food quality.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operation of the deli and fresh food department
• Lead and support the deli team to deliver customer service
• Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ensure HACCP and food safety procedures are followed
• Manage stock, ordering, deliveries, rotation and waste
• Support training and development of deli team members

What you'll need

• Previous deli or fresh food experience, ideally supervisory or management
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP principles
• Experience in stock control, ordering and waste management
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
