About the role

A senior recruiting role within Squarespace's R&D hiring team, reporting to the Senior Manager of R&D Recruiting. The post covers Dublin and Aveiro, Portugal, and aims to raise the hiring bar across R&D. Squarespace is a website and online business platform serving customers in more than 200 countries.

What you'll do

• Run calibrated intakes with hiring managers before each search opens
• Build sourcing strategies for Irish and Portuguese talent markets
• Run structured interviews and coach interviewers on consistent decisions
• Forecast hiring and flag risks to managers and People Business Partners early
• Automate sourcing, scheduling, intake and reporting tasks with AI tools
• Keep Greenhouse accurate and use recruiting data to inform decisions

What you'll need

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Track record of hiring to plan and meeting in-seat target dates
• Strong sourcing of passive Product and Engineering talent
• Experience running structured interviewing and calibrating hiring decisions
• Experience recruiting in Ireland or Portugal, including work authorisation requirements

Nice to have

• Experience building or improving a recruiting workflow with AI or automation
• Working fluency in an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse
