Senior Program Manager

About the role

MongoDB's Incident & Escalation Management function coordinates cross-functional responses to critical customer situations and improves how the company responds over time. The role is an execution partner to IEM leadership, keeping priorities, owners, milestones and risks visible across Technical Services, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales and other teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA.

What you'll do

• Own the IEM roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks and decision records
• Turn ambiguous needs into scoped, measurable work with accountable owners
• Run planning, program-review and risk-review cadences and track agreed actions
• Drive delivery across Technical Services, Engineering, Product and Customer Success
• Turn post-incident findings into prioritised improvement work with owners and timelines
• Prepare executive-ready summaries of progress, trade-offs and decisions needed

What you'll need

• 7-10 years of progressive programme or project management experience
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional programmes through a matrix
• Demonstrated experience with incident, major-incident or escalation management at scale
• Track record of building or improving operational programmes and governance
• Strong project and programme-management fundamentals

Nice to have

• Experience outside the technology sector
